From a Rotary District grant providing bicycles to high school students in partnership with Spoke Folk, to raking leaves at the Dunkirk Historical Lighthouse to an upcoming Paul Harris Fellow awards and dinner, your local Rotary Club is filled with People of Action who believe in Service Above Self.  
 
This week's meeting features guest speaker Robert Olmedo:  
 

Born in Chile, Master Olmedo has over 45 years of martial arts and self defense training. He holds a 4th degree black belt in Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Korean, as well as black belts in Judo, Aikido, Hapkido, JuJitsu and Kali. He has been a certified personal trainer for over 18 years. He studied with secret service personnel at John Jay College to become a professional bodyguard and has worked for numerous high profile clients including John F. Kennedy Jr. Princess Diana, Carlos Santana, and Sheryl Crow. Master Olmeda speaks Spanish, English, Greek, Korean, Portuguese and Italian. He has been inducted into the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame six times. He is currently a Fredonia Fire Department first lieutenant and hopes to open a Fitness and Martial Arts Studio in Fredonia with his son, Alexander
