Adam developed a passion for helping through community service as a teenager, resulting in a career spent in service to others. Throughout his 16 years working with the Job Corps program, he organized projects and activities that engaged students in this passion for helping others, resulting in thousands of hours of service to the community.

He has served on numerous boards, including the Chautauqua County Youth Bureau, Cattaraugus-Allegany WIB Youth Council, and currently serves on the board of the Sonshine Charity Fund and Southern Chautauqua Federal Credit Union. Starting as the Executive Director of the United Way of Northern Chautauqua County in 2018, he has continued to find ways to bring individuals together to have an impact on others.

Under his leadership, the UWNCC has taken on an annual Coat Drive, emphasized building collaborative relationships with nearby United Ways, and strengthened corporate and public sector partnerships. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Grand Canyon University and resides in Dunkirk, NY with his wife and two children.
